About Us
Community NeuroRehab is a team of highly experienced physiotherapists and rehabilitation therapists who provide community-based client-centred rehabilitation services to individuals who have sustained injuries as a result of illness or injury from a workplace or motor vehicle accident. Our clinicians are highly experienced in the physical rehabilitation of individuals with neurological injuries including spinal cord and brain injuries, post-concussion syndrome and post-operative and complex pain management.
Our group of health care professionals will work with clients, their legal and insurance/WSIB teams and other health care providers in order to provide optimal treatment at the right time. Our skilled and collaborative approach allows our clientele to focus their energy on their recovery.
Community NeuroRehab providers service London and surrounding areas from St. Thomas, Aylmer, Ingersoll, Tillsonburg, Rodney, Thamesville to Parkhill, Stratford and St. Mary’s. Clinic-based care is also available.
