Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapists are highly skilled at assisting clients with complex neurological and musculoskeletal injuries and impairments. The following are areas of expertise and services offered by our team:
Conditions we treat:
- Spinal cord injuries
- Acquired Brain Injuries
- Post-concussion management (including the triad of vision, vestibular and neck injuries)
- Whiplash Associated Disorder
- Complex and chronic musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain
- Post-operative and post traumatic orthopedic injuries
- Vestibular rehabilitation

Services we provide:- Physical rehabilitation and promotion of optimized independence
- Work as part of the client’s health care team from the time of hospital discharge to home and eventually into the community
- Return to work/ work hardening
- Assistance with hospital discharges and working with the team to facilitate outpatient services and equipment
- Acupuncture, therapeutic ultrasound and TENS therapy
- Wheelchair and mobility assessment and device prescription (ADP authorizer status)
- Referrals to appropriate health care providers

We provide direct billing through WSIB and Motor Vehicle Collision insurance providers (HCAI).
Rehabilitation Therapy
All of our Rehab Therapists are trained and supervised by allied health professionals. The following are some examples of how one of our RT’s may assist a client:
- Implementation of a therapy or physical maintenance program
- Exercise program development
- Guidance with exercises
- Return to work/ work hardening
- Community integration (shopping, volunteer work, community outings)
